What is PSAC?
PSAC is a monthly meeting held to address local North Portland
resident and business concerns related to public safety and livability
Who attends PSAC?
The meeting is facilitated by the City of Portland and is open to the
public. Representatives from Crime Prevention, Portland Police
Bureau, Bureau of Development Services, Multnomah County District
Attorney’s Office, and local Neighborhood and Business Associations
attend this meeting to field your questions and concerns and provide
updates on their activities.
Why attend PSAC?
With slashes to public safety budgets state-wide, it is more important
than ever to become a part of our public safety system. Police and
other agencies need to hear fromyou, the community, about problems and
issues specific to North Portland. This meeting also helps facilitate
and coordinate communication and ensures our community policing goals
continue in a time of shrinking resources.
