Wed. Jan. 8: Changes Afoot at 7532 N Interstate Ave.

/ Wednesday, January 8th, 2014 / No Comments »

Greetings Neighbors! Big changes are afoot at 7532 N Interstate Ave. This long time abandoned house (known as a nuisance house to many police officers and neighbors) will be demolished and replaced with more high density housing. Abbasi Design Works in partnership with Lift Develop is designing a new four story apartment building offering 20 small units. The design team has asked the community for their input. Please share your feedback at the Kenton Neighborhood Association meeting held at the Historic Kenton Firehouse – 8105 N Brandon – on Wednesday, Jan. 8th, at 7pm. We have set aside 15 minutes at this meeting.
