EPA Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Changes to Portland Harbor Clean-up

The Environmental Protection Agency is proposing to reduce the clean-up of toxic waste in the Portland Harbor, a part of the north reach of the Willamette River that directly impacts North Portland. Along with the North Portland Neighborhood Chairs Network, the KNA Board supports the original record of decision, opposing these proposed changes.

Learn more about the proposal and consider submitting comments to the EPA before December 21st.
