After supporting our Kenton Library as the branch administrator since it opened in 2010, David Miles is retiring at the end of the month. Over the years, David has been a huge asset to the community, and KNA can’t thank David enough for all his contributions to Kenton. He will certainly be missed!
Here’s a message from David to the KNA:
I wanted to let you know that I am retiring from the library as of April 30th, 2021. It has been a great experience to work in Kenton, and with both of your organizations over the years. I wanted to thank you and other leaders and participants in both organizations for your fantastic work for the community as well as for your awesome support of the Kenton Library.
My direct supervisor and upper library management are working on a transition plan, and I expect there to be a new administrator chosen for Kenton sometime in early to mid-April. I will send some type of introductory email as soon as I know who that is!
Thanks so much. I will miss working and engaging with everyone in the community. It has been a second home to me since the library first opened on March 8th, 2010 and I will always have a soft and great regard for this community.
Feel free to forward this to other business and community members as you see appropriate!
